Shaolin Temple USA is dedicated to preserve and promote the profound cultural legacy of the Songshan Shaolin Temple. Our mission is to share the teachings of Shaolin Kung Fu. Our training, deeply rooted in the centuries-old practices of Shaolin Warrior monks, is designed to enhance students' physical health, spiritual well-being, self-defense skills, and overall flexibility.
